My whole family goes here and we have for a few years now. Absolutely love this nail salon. Tips, dip, acrylic, designs, pedicures they do it all very well. IMO Jackie and Laila are the best! But all techs seem to be good. They are a little overbooked in afternoons sometimes but it’s worth the wait. This is my favorite nail salon! Highly recommend.

Not the greatest, not the worst. Just meh. I’ve been going here for years because I haven’t found anything better. Everyone is friendly and kind, but when they’re not busy the techs tend to sit around in the pedicure chairs watching stuff on their phones with the volume really loud so it’s not relaxing. I’ve also witnessed techs dumping out manicure bowls and not washing them. They just add them to the stack of “clean” bowls at the sink. Overall I think they could pay more attention to sanitation and certainly they should be using ear buds or something so you’re not forced to listen to their phones.

Me and my friend went to go get pedicures today and she brought her two children and the nail tech doing my friend’s pedicure was very offensive. She told my friend that neither one of her children looks like her and it was just very ignorant and uncalled for. And my nail tech wasn’t even paying attention and cut my toe at my cuticle when she was cleaning my cuticles which I understand happens but she just wasn’t paying attention. But I write this review to say. It was very ignorant comments being made and you never know what somebody is going through within so the comment made could have spiraled into something else. Long story short the nail techs need better communication or to not speak at all on people’s lives because I will never come back here based on my experience today and this was my first time coming here

I have been desperate to find a nail salon after moving to the Franklin area and I am so glad that another Google user recommended this salon! I absolutely loved my experience here. The energy is fun and warm. The people who work here are phenomenal. My nails look and feel beautiful, and the price was cheaper than I’ve ever paid for a fill! (But bring cash for a tip!!!) I highly recommend this salon. I would only suggest to schedule an appointment because they were full to the brim until close (which is awesome! Shows how great they are!) So happy to have found my new place!

Horrible. She did not clean my nails very well, she only clean my nails once, I don’t think she even use a nails clipper, just the tools. She was so bad, I’m horrified. I have been to so many places and this is probably a top-five of the most horrible and overpriced service I have ever gotten. Not only my manicure is bad, my feet still feel so rough and full of extra cuticles and I probably receive a few touch as a “calf massage”, and every place ive been to include a massage. Also, I got half a min massage on half of my arms, it’s horrible. I feel disgusted. I get it it was 9:30 in the morning and there were people, and she was rushing to get to the next one, and I feel obligated to of course give her tips but I hate wasting money like that. Do not come here. I’m still mad … that was even allowed . What a waste of money. I hate this place. And don’t even ask me how my nails came out, I don’t know why she’s even there….

I used to come to this salon many times and this time I booked my nail appointment for an important occasion (prom) and I was disappointed when I was greeted with a disrespectful staff member who ended up telling us “don’t come again”. The lady who did my nails kept giving me an attitude only because I needed clarification on something. Not only that, but she also continued to murmur and talk in her native language to the other workers and made it obvious that it wasn’t a normal conversation because of the way she kept looking at me. I tried ignoring it and brushing it off until she said i was “giving her a headache “ simply because i asked why the pricing was increasing for no professional reason. Overall good nails but not worth the disrespect. never coming back again.

I went in with a friend of mine to get full acrylic sets. We had an appointment for 3 but by the time they actually sat us, it was 3:30. Then, an older gentleman started my friends nails, then started mine and completely stopped, then walked away. He literally went from our nails, to some other lady, then started doing a girls toes! He didn’t even bother to wash his hands when he returned. Then I was seated with another worker who sat and complained about how he didn’t even want to do my nails, was tired etc. By the end of the service, my nails were crooked, see through, and bumpy. I left no tip and I will not be returning.

Needed a new salon after customer service became poor at old salon. Happy to say Lux Nails was a lovely experience with a relaxed environment and helpful nail techs. Definitely coming back! Also, work was superb!

A week later, it falls off and I go to get it fixed, was expecting to pay and all. Called right when they opened, said to come right in and they would fix. Called again at 4 to make sure. Decided to make an “appointment”. Guess that’s not what happened. I took my break to get it fixed while at work, waited 15 mins at the salon, to be told it was going to be another 30-45 before they would be started. FOR ONE NAIL? She then told me my appointment was at 6:15, I showed her the clock said it was 6:14, as I had arrived early to be courteous, as I work in a salon myself.
