Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had made an appointment for a full set acrylic and a pedicure with one of my friends and we waited for 45 minutes without anyone saying anything to us. After 45 minutes they finally took us both to our chairs where we sat for another 15 minutes before anyone came over to start us. Once my technician came and started working on my nails he was extremely distracted (talking on the phone, getting up and walking away multiple times, stopping to talk to other employees constantly). My nails came out crooked and not the shape I had asked for. Then the technician had someone else come and put my stickers on two of my nails and they were crooked also and placed on top of the clear coat instead of under which caused them to flake off after 2 days. I had made an appointment for a full set acrylic and a pedicure with one of my friends and we waited for 45 minutes without anyone saying anything to us. After 45 minutes they finally took us both to our chairs where we sat for another 15 minutes before anyone came over to start us. We asked for ombré designs (we know they can do them due to multiple review photos) and they said they can’t do that so we decided to just do plain solid colours, which again it completely fine. Just a minor inconvenience, no big deal. Ten minutes in, one of the employees working on my friend got a personal phone call and on the phone for half the time we were there. Now we’re getting a little annoyed cuz that’s just rude. Once they were done, we paid, we left and less than four hours later, we were playing fetch with our dog and one of my nails broke off. I had thrown the ball and not very hard or anything that would cause an average acrylic nail to break like that. Which means that they DID NOT do their job right!!!!!
