Nice place but major communication failure. Asked immediately for SHORT ROUNDED toenails. Ended up with full opposite!!! But place was clean and people were polite. Nice and clean, cozy atmosphere however, I asked for coffin nails and was told $35, mines were not as long as most. As he was doing my nails he said $40. I said ok understanding that he was adding the tip I intended to pay anyways. Before he painted my nails I had to run and catch my Thai massage up the street so I left. I was going back but after looking at my Nails, I should have waited and went to my regular shop! I tried something new, disappointed.

I visited this place for the first time a couple days ago. I came in with acrylics that were two weeks overdue and my hands were in pretty bad shape. These ladies encouraged me to try the dip powder instead of acrylics and I am not disappointed! I got a pedicure, as well. This place is phenomenal, from the service to the environment! Found my new favorite salon.

I have been going to Lux Nail Spa ever since I was in middle school and I am now in my early 20’s. The service is FANTASTIC and I have never had a problem yet. Tammi my go-to girl and gives the best pedicures as well as fantastic manicures. The owner Kim, is very polite and cares about her customers! They have always given me the best service and I haven’t had to wait more then 2 minutes for any service. I go to Lux Nail Spa about every 2-3weeks, and I look forward to going because it is always relaxing and a great way for me to recoop from the crazy work days! I highly recommend Lux Nail Spa to any and all of my friends and family and I recommend that YOU go there too!

I took my daughter their to get her nails for Homecoming and I got a pedicure. Technicians were very nice and they have complimentary drinks, both alcoholic and non. I highly recommend this place! It’s very clean and feels high end and they do a great job!

Well I just walked out of the place after being told to leave because the owner wanted to close (it was only 7:08 pm – they close at 7:30). They gave me no 12 minute massage on my pedicure and no time for my nails to dry. Upon leaving, I notice immediately that the rain has already messed up my polish. I definitely do not recommend going here!!

I wish I could give this salon 0 stars. I’ve been to this nail salon about 5-6 times, each time I walk out disappointed. The prices are extremely high for the quality of work. I showed a picture of the nail shape I wanted & was charged $10 just for the shape (which I had to go home & fix because they looked nothing like the picture)

I have been going here since they have opened. I go for my pedicures and my acrylics and dipping. They are so sweet and worry about my nail health instead of just my money. I will only go to this location. Every employee i have used does an amazing job! I do dipping and acrylic and have only had amazing experiences.Best salon ever.
