Critical: Professionalism, QualityI am not one to complain or even write reviews at all. I used to love this place until my experience yesterday. My kiddo and I went for pedicures, a full set for me, and a manicure for her. We both got the full works in which my pedicure was something I could have done at home. Barely any scrubbing or smoothing of feet, the liners weren’t replaced after our service either. I watched another person sit in the chair I had used moments before in which had the liner I just used still there.…and her feet were soaking in that used liner! When it came to my full set, she never asked me what shape nor did she make sure they were all the same length. I was very shocked. I had to adjust the length myself at home even though I brought this to the nail techs attention twice. My kiddo had the plastic shield fall on her face in the middle of getting her nails done and they blamed her saying don’t move. She wasn’t moving especially with her hands in the gel setting lamp. I looked at the shield that was supposed to be secured to the table…it wasn’t. I was charged $175 for us both when usually it is $80 every visit. I didn’t tip as it was awful service, awful work, and up-charging me having no idea I knew all the prices and was a regular (these two are new employees and I have never seen them before). I paid it as it’s not an issue to me but it is an issue when it comes to the businesses integrity. I loved this place for years until now. I will never be back and I hope the owners find new employees or they will lose their loyal customers. Positive: Punctuality, QualityLux had no wait when the other salons I went to were busy. I got gel nails, and they lasted 2 1/2 weeks before I soaked them off myself! I have been to 10+ salons, and gel normally lasts 7-10 days on me. I was impressed!Services: Waxing, Manicure

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI love this little nail shop! Van and his wife are so much fun! Lena is wonderful as well. When my brother died and I had to get my nails done for the funeral, Van’s wife was the sweetest most compassionate person. She cried with me. I will always use this salon.

Did not do what I asked for at all and when I asked him to stop and fix it he refused and kept going.
