Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI drive across 22 to get my nails done here. The past 3 times I’ve been in, I have been extremely happy. The staff is so nice and the atmosphere is quiet and calm. I used to get gel done and switched to dip because of a suggestion made. Best advice since I’m going on week 3 and still zero lifting as you can see in 1st picture. The second pictures is from my first visit. The integrity of my nails is still great and have had zero breaks or thinning on my actual nails. To conclude, I will continue to drive the 25-30 minutes to get my nails done. I drive across 22 to get my nails done here. The past 3 times I’ve been in, I have been extremely happy. The staff is so nice and the atmosphere is quiet and calm. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI showed a picture of the nails I wanted, these look nothing like the picture. Shade or style. One of the owners did my nails and it took him an hour Nd 45 mins!! I had given this place a second chance, because the last time I was in the technician had cut my feet up horribly!! I called and spoke with the owner and let him be known about the situation. He thanked me for not bashing his salon , however after the 2nd experience and $65 plus $15 tip later!!for these horrendous nails that look horrible and already broke within 3 days! I am very upset and will never ever be back. The top coat shrunk up leaving a line and the color chipped on day two. I stopped by to ask them to fix it, and was told that’s normal, and a manicure only lasts a few days.
