I absolutely loved my gel pedicure. They were really nice on the phone and really nice when I walked in. Everything was clean, and I’m so happy with the finished result. They have a ton of polishes on their back wall too. Even though they don’t let you tip on the card, they have an ATM. I’ll definitely be coming back here

All of the stylist are experienced. They maintain very clean standards. I’ve never seen them do airbrushing so I don’t know if they do it. They have an excellent selection of polishes and gels. They were extremely careful to protect clients from each other and themselves from Covid, which is much appreciated. The pedicure chairs have massage features!

I didn’t have a great experience here. I paid money for services that were not up to par. I tried to give the girl who did my nails a chance to fix it but she fell terribly short. I hate when the techs are inexperienced. She definitely needs more training but not on a paying customer. I won’t be going back. I know others have given this place 5 stars but I can’t agree.

It’s hard to find a nice nail salon in willow grove area. luxe is close by our home so it’s convenient however it’s not clean inside, the massage chairs and arm rests on them are clearly never wiped down and my manicure always seems to be done sloppily. They’re pretty expensive for the the lack of service provided. Don’t expect massages during your main or pedi either.

My first and last time. The place and people are nice but the service soooo bad. They charged me for a gel refill and one nail repair $60 and after 5 days the nail polish started to come off . Comparing with other places. I do not come back anymore.

Also extremely sloppy job on the manicure as shown in the picture.
