Excellent salon! Every time I come here I leave extremely satisfied with my service. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming. I especially want to applaud the 4 ladies who were working this morning (1/23/22) as it became very very busy and they still were able to keep things running smoothly to get everyone in. I arrived at opening, 10 am, and was seated and serviced right away. I made an appointment but they also accept walk-ins. 5 out of 5! (Both pics are dip powder nails).

Tom is the best! If you need an appointment, book him! He will get you in and out and his work is amazing! He’s very gentle and patient and ensures your nails are done correctly! He also does designs and gives the best pedicures too! The rest of the staff is friendly and professional! The salon is clean and welcoming. They also have the convenience of booking your appointment online.

This was my first time and I was impressed with the upkeep of the salon and how clean it was. However, the service I received for the price was disappointing and customer service was sub par at best. The nail lady rushed my feet and was probably done in 5 mins. As she began to polish I pointed out all the dead skin that was not removed and how the nails were cut very misshapen and she began to get defensive. The polish was very sloppy as if my 7 year old niece did it. I pointed it out and asked her to fix it to which she replied, “I am going to finish my job and you can wait for someone else to fix it.” I asked her not to finish but to remove it. She called a gentleman who stated it was beautiful to him and there was nothing to fix. See pics attached. When I asked him to change it he said I am sorry but that is the best we can do. I paid, wished them a great day and left. I had intended to get a gel acrylic full set as well as wax my eyebrows. But if that was the best they could do they should close shop. You can choose to use this place at your own risk.

After my second time coming to this salon, I will not be going back. I made an appointment with Ly for acrylics but she doesn’t do acrylics( only found out when I got to my appointment) so a guy helped me. The guy was extremely rude to me so I asked if someone else could finish my service. The lady who finished my service was rude as well. I literally almost left without getting my nails finished but she asked me to sit back down and she would finish them. Luckily for me, a wonderful lady named Ashley stood up for me and let the lady know how rude she was. Thank you Ashley! You truly made my day. I will never go back to this salon though.

Never again. I stopped in after the gym. They were busy. I asked to make an appointment for later in the day. The front desk gal said they weren’t making appointments, which was odd because I’ve always made appointments there. I asked a good time to come back and she told me an hour. I went back as she told me, and waited another hour. I then asked how long it was going to be, and they said another 30 minutes. The front desk gal, the same one that said they weren’t making appointments, scheduled an appointment for later the same day for someone else that called in. I’ve been here before, and while I will never return, the fact that they wouldn’t give me an appt, and I had to wait so long after returning AS DIRECTED by them. I chose to stop wasting my time and leave. These people have no respect for their customer’s time. There are many other salons that do excellent work and they will get my business moving forward

I have been using this salon since relocating to the area last August, the last 3 appointments I made were not honored. I work erratic hours and make the appointment to accommodate such a crazy schedule. I have been put off three times now. The first 2 times I patiently waited the last time I had to be at work (should have known better) sad part is it seems because I have faithfully used Tom, he expects that I will wait for him. This last time I was offered another tech, but that is NOT what I asked for…. I left. That was Thursday ….. on Sunday I was off and in the area at 1pm it didn’t look busy I “WALKED IN” A very young girl greeted me, I asked for TOM I seen him at pedicure chair in back she went back told him I was there…..he looked right at me, his pedicure was standing up (finished) and he prepared to do ANOTHER PEDICURE … there was another tech sitting (without a client) TOM decided to ignore my request. I asked again how long would he be…..young girl says “HE DIDNT COME TALK TO YOU” she returns to him, he comes to speak with me…..I WILL BE 30 MINUTES…YOU CAN WAIT” so, my conclusion is, due to my loyalty my kindness was mistaken for weakness!!! Greed is an ugly spirit. It appears owner’s take clients over their employees, and create back ups taking walk-ins over your scheduled appointments. My time is valuable as well. Feel disrespected and will NEVER return to this salon!!!

I will NEVER COME to this establishment again. I have been getting my nails done for over 15years and I recently moved close by here so I decided to try them. I gave them 3 times to get my nails right at different occasions. Today was my last straw.I wanted a French Gel full set and they messed them up. After asking if they can be fixed , The manager said I don’t know what we can do for you. It’s just a FRENCH TIP! That’s basic!
