Ok. I visited this salon about four years ago but I stopped going for the convenience another place provided. After getting some really poor quality work at another salon here in Greenville, I decided to revisit Luxe. Joly did my nails. She did a fantastic job of correcting my nail shape from oval to almond andddd she gave me a manicure. My previous salon didn’t do that. I told her she would see me in two weeks. I’m not going back to that place in the mall.

0/10. The worse nail salon experience ever. I went with a friend and she was immediately serviced. It took a hour and a half for just a pedicure. I was left unattended with my feet in the water for 30 mins meaning the water was not warm at all after. In the middle of my pedicure I was left unattended for another 10 mins. And towards the end of the pedicure I was told they didn’t have enough time to do my nails although they didn’t close for another 2 hours and it was multiple other people there that could have done it. I ended up leaving without my nails done and in all that time my friend received her full set and pedicure. Never going back. Do NOT recommend. Terrible staff. Terrible service.

Won’t give any stars if I had to.. very rude young lady working there.. I waited for 20 mins for my full set and she started removing my old sns nails.. she asked whether I wanted to trim my nails.. I said yes and when I asked if you if she can since she forgot to trim them when she was preparing my nails for new set, she was rude and said cannot do my nails.. they was one another lady leaving the store few mins before this happen.. she charged me to remove old set .. very rude staff and cannot recommend anyone going there.. first she complaints about the salon who did my nail work… very rude!!!!!!!!!!!! Very bad attitude!!!! Her name is Lolly!! Asked me if I can pay cash.. I said card she charge me extra!!

I went there today, was told to pick a color, walked over to choose one and I was met by I think the owner and told they could do a pedicure, it was too late, it was 3:30, they close at 5:00. I go with a couple of great friends once a month for pedicures. They are almost always steady / busy, but not over crowded like some salons get. They take their time and do a great job on our pedicures. I always have some difficult design that I’ve found on pinterest and they are always patient and make it work flawlessly. The store is clean and beautifully decorated in modern decor and lavender. They have 2 kids butterfly pedicure chairs for a special time for your kiddos to be pampered too. I sometimes take my son to have ingrown toenails removed. They do a great job with this and doing this regularly keeps him from having his toes cut on in the doctors office. highly recommend Lux!!

My adult daughter had her nails done today. Upon entering, she was greeted rudely because she only wanted her cuticles done rather than a manicure. Then the older lady trimmed her cuticles making 2 of them bleed. Afterwards, she used something on them all that burned them all. Not wanting to make a scene, she paid and left. Terrible experience. Complete lack of customer service or care.

I was looking for a nail salon closer to home instead of driving to the mall. Walked in and knew right then that this was a bad idea. Very dark inside, quiet, and dirty. The nail color swatches were filthy and very unorganized. The lady said to have a seat and wait on the couch and handed me the gel color which was dirty. Something told me to leave. Now I know to drive to Greenville next time.
