I tried this salon for the first time and I’m extremely disappointed in my nails. They cost $80 for a full set and I would not mind paying that amount if I had gotten what I asked for. I always like my nails very very square and simple. I showed the nail tech the picture on the top of what I wanted as a reference and the picture on the bottom is what my nails came out like. The nails are super bulky and fat and not square at all. I’m super disappointed as I had returned to have them fixed and unfortunately they still are not correct. I will be looking for a new salon that is able to do what I ask for.

I had a great experience here. I work nearby and I needed my nails done last minute for an event that had unexpectedly popped up because I couldn’t get an appointment at my usual salon. I came in after my shift an hour before closing and they were able to accommodate everything I needed to get done. Every person from the staff that I interacted with was incredibly kind, attentive, and pleasant. I got a gel pedicure which looks great, and a full acrylic set. I believe the owners of the salon were the ones who did my acrylic set, and it looks fantastic. The shape, the thickness, and French design I asked for were all done perfectly. overall, I had a great experience at this salon and I believe all the services that I got were fairly priced. I will definitely be coming back!

However, I walked away with nail polish on my fingers and air bubbles on my toes. It was an experience. The manucure by Ally was wonderful. The pedicure by Patrzia was thorough and neat. The salon was clean. All of the staff were friendly. I was taken promptly for my appointment.

This has to be one of the WORST places I’ve been too and I wish I can rate it lower than a star. I came here about a week ago and the nail lady was SO RUDE to me and disrespectful, and she did a horrible job. I wish I caught her name, but she was an African American lady and she should be fired. I am obviously NEVER coming back here…what a horrible experience!!!!

I have to say I love this place because of the girls that work there they provide especially the nail tech Kathy but the owners are horrible, they are greedy and Everytime you go it’s a different price and higher. I know the economy is high right now but you should definitely consider your cliental and $175 for a medium length gel full set with some stones is to much. NEVER COMIMG HERE AGAIN.

My girls (wife and daughters) have tried many places but Lux Nail Lounge has gained 3 new dedicated customers. The associates are diverse, friendly and pleasant. No need to worry that you are being spoken about in your face, in a different language. I will be sure to go to get my feet done. I need to try it out too.

I really wish there was 0 stars I’ve been coming here for a lot and every time they have a new price the short lady at the register said 55$ for reg set and u did almond so it’s 60$ I was like okay and I did them when I finished it was that lady with glasses she charged me 70$!! Like they don’t even have same prices each one charges different,I’d never be coming back so expensive and the owner Danny is so greedy and a thief he just wants money like have a list of real prices don’t charge different every time , SO UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ,their nails break in a week and I’m not the kind of person son who writer reviews but the women with glasses on the register is unbelievable

I had a horrible first experience here last Saturday. I came in to get my gel manicure and pedicure removed and get a regular manicure and pedicure. The nail technician I had was on her phone the whole time, she used an electric nail filer to remove the gel polish which was PAINFUL and caused a lot of distress to my nails, I told her I was uncomfortable and she did not fix anything to help the situation, on top of that- she told me my nails were done and dry when she finished painting(so she can help her next client), and once I paid and got to my car, they were ruined and I had to go back in to get them fixed. It was the worst manicure I have ever had. Plus, spending $48 for just a regular manicure and pedicure is way over priced for a horrible experience and quality of service.
