My daughter and I went in on Friday before new year’s to get our nails done. She got a full set of acrylics and I got a gel manicure. My daughter’s nails were terrible. She does a better job with her nails than they did. Not only were the nails applied incorrectly, there was a large glob of acrylic behind one of the nails. This was a gift for her 18th birthday and she was very disappointed! I got a gel manicure which looked fine when I left but three days later it’s chipping and peeling. I paid way too much for such poor results. We will not be returning.

Got a pedicure and my feet looked horrible. I asked the man twice to fix them, he didn’t so I asked another man that came and finished my feet. He didn’t fix them either. I asked for french tips I don’t know what they gave me. The shaping of my toe nails and the painting was horrible. I thought I was going to be okay to get my nails done because somebody else was going to do them and they were horrible too!! I politely asked him THREE times to fix my nails and the man kept staring at me like I was crazy and started huffing and puffing. So I just told him take it off and I was gonna go somewhere else. That’s when he wanted to redo them so I’m like okay so he did and they were still ridiculous. So I just ended up having to go get them fixed somewhere else and when I showed the girl my nails she thought they were so funny and asked me where did I get them done at? 0/0 do not recommend

I went to this shop today for a acrylic overlay fill in, pedicure and eyebrow wax. This was by far the fastest and worst pedicure I’ve ever had. My polish was messed up badly by the time I got home. I also had colored acrylic from my last set that the tech attempted to paint over. The nails are thick and look nothing like the picture I showed him. I complained to the tech and the owner and was completely disregarded, despite being a long time customer of this establishment. The same tech also did my daughter’s nails and told her no when she asked to have full white nails. He said he didn’t have enough white polish and only painted the tips. Afterwards, he tried to charge her for a French manicure. The customer service and finished product was horrible and I will not be going back. If you’re not getting your eyebrows waxed then go somewhere else!

So I came in with a broken real nail and wanted an acrylic nail put on and gel polish on the rest of my actual nails. The lady quickly went to work. When she was done the acrylic nail was left very large. It doesn’t look natural at all. (Or good for that matter) And two days later and my right thumb is starting to chip. I paid $50 for gel manicure. That’s a lot for that service. I won’t be going back. My friend recommended Texas nails in Franklin. I should have listed.

Just drive some where else! I came in as a walk in. Wanted a full set, pedi and lashes. Was told they are short staffed. That’s fine. Offered to make an appointment. The lady just stood staring at me! I asked agin. She walked away speaking in another language. Very rude!!!!!! Just go somewhere else! You will NOT be treated with respect here!

Saturday the 11th i went in with my girlfriend for pedicures and dip on my nails and a gel manicure for my friend. We arrived at 6:30 and were immediately sat for for our pedicures, they were not that bad but certainly not good. They cut my nails at an angle and left sharp edges on all of my toes, and they got gel paint all on my cuticles and skin. I wasn’t happy but I dealt with it. We then sat down for our powder dip to be removed, we both have very long natural nails with a powder dip on top. They grinded my natural nails until it burned and i had to move my hands, i was then asked to soak my whole hand in acetone i was left in the acetone for over and hour before i removed my own hands and removed the dip. After having to have an acrylic coat and gel polish on my hands my nails are un even , out of shape and have drips from the polish. I am so unsatisfied. I thought about going back to make them fix it but honestly i don’t even think they can. I wont ever go again.

My nails looked horrible when they finished, they literally looked like over sized press on nails. when asked to fix them they treated me terrible like I was wrong. I ended up leaving and going to another place and having to pay to have them fixed. So I ended up paying twice in one day for nails thanks to them. Acrylic nails
