The salon was very nice with friendly staff. I understand pricing has and needs to go up. I did feel they were very high with prices. I was also willing to pay and did not complain if the work is worth it. However I am super bummed that I spent so much on dip (that I was talked into) and my nails began chipping after the first day. I went into have first chip fixed, which they fixed right away with no charge. It did change the shape of my nail that I had to pay extra for them to shape. The very next day more chipping began on other nails. I was super happy with the look and job performed the day I went in but very disappointed that the dip did not even make it a week without chipping off especially for the amount of money I paid to have them done!!

I’m so disappointed. So much money for my nails to look unprofessional! First time doing them at this place. My nails were peeling the next day. Top coat was applied. Almost like a shellac layer, when I had dip. Never have my nails came off that quick. Went under the uv light. Started to chip by a week (now), and falling off. I hate them, so much for 4th of July nails. My pedi was peeling off as well by 2nd day, I had to file and clip them so they look decent. I do not recommend them.

I will never see anyone else for my nails. Tram is amazing and I love visiting her. She takes her time and always ensures I’m happy with the results. Today she did a new technique on my nails and I LOVE IT. Photos don’t do them justice. She created an ombré, dripping effect with magnetic polish and dip powder. I can’t wait to see them in the sunlight.

Paid for a simple gel manicure, the guy was playing fantasy college football on his phone the whole time. My nails looked like my 6 year old niece did them. I had to go home and fix them, and they all started peeling off after only 4 days. I’ve had many gel manicures and they last at least 10 days. Don’t waste your money.

First impressions mean a lot! Called and made an appointment for 2 pedicures and a manicure. Arrived on time and checked in. A few employees made eye contact but no one greeted us which was fine I understand them being busy. However, another person walked in after we had been sitting and waiting for 5 mins and she was greeted right away and asked what services she wanted. I then stood up and told the male tech that greeted her that we had an appointment and have been waiting. He said ok. So I asked are we supposed to just walk back now and he said rudely to pick a color. We promptly walked out. As we were leaving he tried to be nice.
