What I love about Lux, is the experience as a whole from start to finish. The staff are professional and friendly. There is plenty of time allotted, so I never feel rushed like at other salons during the color and cut process. The stylist gives you their full attention and I am always surprised by how accommodated I feel after leaving. I have been here several times with a few different stylists, and each one holds high standards for customer service and satisfaction.

My mom got eyelash extensions for the first time here a couple of days ago. She isn’t a “fancy” lady, she likes a natural look. Their basic set of lashes looked BEYOND fake & like fake eyelashes. She could fly away with those things They told her maybe she just needs to get used to them and she tried, but they were just way too long and thick looking for her. They were nice enough to have the girl that did her lashes fix them, but she still isn’t too pleased with results. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for beautiful, natural eyelash extensions. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because they were nice enough to try and fix her lashes.

Win-win. I appreciated that she kept in mind my back problems. She had a heating pad and cushion to help during my appointment.
