Cannot say enough great things about the girls at Lux. Sarah has done my brows for probably close to 6 years, and I won’t let anyone else touch them… except for Amanda or Meg (who have). Always professional, friendly, fun and are just the best at what they do. They truly make you realize the importance in finding someone who takes the time to understand how you want to look. That kind of service is what makes a difference. Worth every penny and my 25 minute drive!

This is my second visit with Amanda and she is wonderful! Not only do my brows look game-changing fantastic, but she is a complete sweetheart. The first time I saw her over a year ago she worked with me to make sure I loved my brows, even though I tend to like them on the thinner side. She never pushed me to go big, and still delivered a beautiful bold brow that fit my aesthetic. This time I saw her for an annual touch up and just when I thought “uh oh I forgot how this can hurt!”, she put me at ease with conversation and before I knew it we were done. Clean, precise, caring, and a true artist. She’s great at what she does and I look forward to my next touch up!

I came across LUX brows & beauty a year ago and I’m so thankful I did. I have always wanted to get an ombré brow but was too nervous but after looking at Sarah’s work I knew I had nothing to be nervous about. She made the whole process nice and easy. My brows were always something I always disliked but Sarah made it so that I love them now! Truly the best investment I have made such a time saver and a confidence booster. I saw Amanda in 2021 for ombré powder brows and I was lucky enough to be a model for a training she was facilitating for a group of brow artists. I was so impressed with how she was there for her class every step of the way and taught them everything she could. She also treated them with respect and answered any questions they had.

Sarah was fantastic to work with. Very impressive to see a young woman running such a successful business. Sarah was very personable and did not need any directions regarding how I wanted my eyebrows to look. She knew exactly what to do and what would look good. I am excited to come back in the upcoming months. To add, her co-workers were just as professional. The space was very inviting, clean, and spaced out.

While Amanda and her team might be talented, I definitely feel her pricing is definitely high when the same talent is out there and at a more affordable price. When you walked in nobody gets up to greet you and it’s kind of like a “oh hey you’re here” kind of vibe. The henna tint doesn’t not last 1-2 weeks, if anything it’s more like 3 days. Also, I understand it’s a business, but the whole cancellation/being late policy is another turn off.
