Sarah was super flexible and allowed me to book with her at the last minute. She was super friendly and kind as she helped to try to fix some reoccurring issues that I’ve had with my hair. We talked the entire time and I felt that she truly cared and wanted me to be happy about my hair and it’s color. After leaving my hair looks amazing, and is a place I’ll definitely be back to! My last review got deleted so I felt obligated to write again. I scheduled a blowout for my wife for her 10 year anniversary on a visit. After a confirmed time was set they changed the appointment time 3 times on her and then canceled the appointment all together. We were never given a courtesy call to let us know why it was canceled but just the automated text message saying canceled. An apology and personal phone call would have been more forgiving. As I stated last time if I could give less stars I would.
