A Laser appointment had been set up with Maggie S. When I arrived, it was determined that a different laser service was required, thus necessitating a longer service. She explained that the appointment would need to be rescheduled. After explaining I was not local to the area, she immediately put her patient first and made it work. I was so grateful to her as I know it wasn’t a perfect situation but she was so accommodating, made me feel valued and also did a fantastic job! The office is small but easy to find with convenient parking. The staff was incredibly friendly. It’s difficult to justify non-essential treatments in a time of covid but I had the utmost confidence in the facilities cleanliness. I found their safety protocols refreshing. My esthetician was professional and knowledgeable The product line they use is new to me but left my skin feeling refreshed. Even after extractions and a chemical exfoliate my skin had a glow and minimal redness. I found the prices comparable to other high end spas.
