Recently moved to the area and was excited to see Kaylee for lashes. She kindly did a foreign fill and my lashes were A nice volume fill, however, the next day I had over HALF of my lash extensions fall off. I attempted to reach out twice the next day to ask if I could come back to have my fill fixed. Kaylee never responded. I would not have been as upset if she would have provided good customer service and simply responded to me after I paid for a service that I was not satisfied with. Checking on your customers is very unprofessional. Not to mention I was embarrassed having only half of my lashes on one eye. Kaylee then texted me that EVENING at 830pm stating “sorry I was busy..” then offered me only 1 time the following day which I could not make it to my work schedule. I responded with availability and then again, never heard back. I would not recommend nor am I going back for services.
