It was very frustrating to arrive at this business and find that they were not following their posted hours of operation. The lights and open sign were on, and workers were inside, but when I tried to enter, they told me that their nail technician had gone home even though it was only 5pm and they were supposed to be open until 8pm. This type of inconsistency is inconvenient and could have been avoided if the business had closed for the day when the nail technician left.

He not only knows his products, but he knows what style, color & highlights will look best for the look I’m trying to achieve. Most places & most stylist rush the appointment so that they may move to the next client. More clients means more money for them…..but Andy treats you like a VIP! He takes his time & does it right.
