Critical: Professionalism, QualitySuper bummed I paid $50 for this. The nail tech was obnoxious, hacked up my cuticles, and the paint is all over. I came in to get my gel set removed and get a gel manicure. Ended up with this set up for my weekend conference in Phoenix and don’t have enough time to go somewhere else to get them re done.

I go to this nail place regularly. I haven’t been in over a month and I’m really disappointed in my pedicure. I got normal polish. I usually get gel polish on my toes and this time they did a bad job.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI can’t understand how they still run this salon. I just got my nails done and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life! My eyes were literally watering due to how tough the lady was doing my nails. I told her it hurts and asked her if she could be more gentle, but she didn’t care and took it personally :)) I politely asked if there’s anyone else who can do my nails because I can’t with her. They changed her and still it hurts hahaha everyone at that salon is not professional trust me I’ve been doing my nails for over 15 years and I know what’s normal pain when doing your nails and what’s not;). I’m crying in my car right now of how bad the whole experience was; I had a little break and a bit extra money, ended up spending it on the most painful/ unprofessional service ever.
