She is very nice and her attention to detail is phenomenal. She shaped my nails precisely the way I wanted them to be. That never happened at my previous salon. Nor did my appointments ever start on time at the previous salon either. The gentleman who applied my gel polish was excellent too! The salon is bright and extremely clean. Michelle said they have been there for 3 years. The salon looks like they opened yesterday! I am so glad I found LUV Nails and SPA! I will definitely be a regular customer! I just got home from my appointment with Michelle! First let me say my appointment started on time! She is very nice and her attention to detail is phenomenal. She shaped my nails precisely the way I wanted them to be. That never happened at my previous salon. Nor did my appointments ever start on time at the previous salon either. This morning I called for two walk in gel manicures and pedicures and they were so accommodating! We seated right away, told prices upfront and asked if we wanted to do anything extra. It’s byob so we will have to bring something the next time we stop in. The staff is awesome at their job and also lovely to talk to!! We are now two returning customers!!! Our nails look phenomenal!

I am BLOWN AWAY by how amazing our service was at Luv today!! They were able to squeeze us in at the end of the day and still took their time and we didn’t feel rushed at all, even though we were there a while past their normal hours. The salon is super clean and everyone was so nice. My nails are literally the most perfect and beautiful things I’ve ever seen. Melissa did the flowers and they honestly look better than the picture I showed her on Pinterest. Def don’t sleep on this place. We’ll be back in a few weeks 🙂

Very very happy lady ! My hubby booked me an appointment here on mothers days . And I met Lin she did my toes and nails and did an amazing job . Typically I go get my nails done on fridays but learning that LIN only does nails at this location on a Sunday that will be my new pamper day ! She’s amazing and very talented .

In August, I got a gel manicure with Michelle and went to Hawaii for vacation… it lasted all week and for MONTHS afterwards!!! My nails would grow and the polish would not budge. The only time it came off was when I had to trim my nails out of necessity. I recently went to a different salon last week for a gel manicure and it’s already peeling away and chipping off. I will come back for Luv Nails & Spa, high quality products and service!

I came here on a whim and both Joan and Michelle have not disappointed. I imagine this will remain consistent. Everyone is so nice and professional and my nails look and feel so good each time. By far the worst place I’ve ever been to. I stopped going to this place a while ago because they are sloppy and rush and you make an appointment and still wait forever. Today, I decided to give them another chance. BIG MISTAKE, I brought my two daughters to get back to school nails and my 7 year old got a gel manicure and they were so sloppy, her skin was so torn up and bleeding, they added glitter without asking, and she’s 7 so she didn’t speak up then my older daughter had a clear set already, she wanted white ombré, they said she couldn’t do that without getting a completely new set which I know is not the case because I’ve had it done myself a few times and the fact that there wasn’t even a color on her nails from before. This is all after making an appointment and still waiting 2 hours while they kept taking walk ins and telling each person to either pick a color or it would be about a half hour then working on the walk in’s first. Absolutely horrible experience and way over priced for messy work. Do not recommend!

I take my daughters here as a treat and some mommy/daughter time. I really like this place. They are patient with my girls and very professional, courteous, and the place is clean. I make appointments because they are usually very busy. I highly recommend
