My daughter and I went to Luu’s in Grand Junction, my daughter’s nails turned out absolutely amazing!!!!! We saw Jason, he was funny and down to earth. My daughter and I both felt very comfortable. Due to tthe exquisite design and intricacy, our appointment ran past their closing time….by about an hour. Never once did Jason try to hurry though or try to rush us. It was a little pricey though. But all in all, great experience!!!!

Took my daughter in and the ladies were absolutely amazing! They had everything to make it a great time and did a fantastic job on the pedicures! I’ve been searching for a great place to go and finally found it! I highly recommend this place!

My wife went in for nails. Nail tech Jason did her work. The tips were never fully glued down and now there is a gap between the tip of the natural nail and acrylic. She went back and Jason told her he would not fix it, she would have to pay full price. She said that he had not glued them down during her visit, which was 3 days prior, and he told her that she needs to go have her nails done by someone better them him. We do not recommend using nail tech Jsason! Maybe you will have better luck with a different nail tech there, but this interaction has put the whole business on the “do NOT visit” list for our list of recommendations.

My husband came home and was excited to ask my daughter how her manicure went, her response was “he was scary”. That broke his heart, that his 5 year olds little girls experience was not a wonderful and cheerful time. What we asked for was refused – no cheetah print and no orange. He didn’t even use the pink she picked. We are typically simple people and don’t asked for much. She was rushed through her experience with an old man who should not be working with little kids. She was shaking and depressed after the experience. I spent $70 there, and will never be back. I am always a 30%+ tipper on basic service. If you are seeking speed and mediocre customer service, it might be for you. The girl who worked with me was very sweet kind and accurate…. So sorry she has to work with such a grumpy old man. I have been here before, and gave it a second chance. I live here and would love to have a place to enjoy.I recommend not ever allowing him to be with a child. That’s all.

Luu’s is THE place to go for dependable and professional service. They are friendly from the start and become even more friendly as you get to know them. My daughter started going there, and we have always loved the quality and diverse selections of nails. I highly recommend Luu’s.

i was super upset with my set. im extremely gentle with my nails and they usually last me up to 2 months. my boyfriend took me to get this set on monday valentine’s day and i noticed the nail tech Jason didn’t drill my nails so they wouldn’t stay. and after 4 days one just fell off while i was at work and following that the rest of them fell of sunday evening (when this place is closed) so i waited till today (monday) to call back and they told me they couldn’t fix them and i would have to pay full price. i am extremely unhappy and i wanted my nails re done after they were not done properly. any nail tech would know that nails should last longer than one week and should be willing to make their customers happy.
