Not impressed. The man who did my nails seemed irritated and in a huge hurry. He kept slapping the back of my hand and telling me to relax, even though this experience was ANYTHING but relaxing. I got a gel manicure. I left with the sides of my nails not painted and gel polish on my skin. He was in a hurry for sure and hurt my cuticles. I’ve had many gel manicures and usually they massage my hands and give me a moisturizer of some sort. I got the attitude of “there, your nails are painted so get out of my face” I definitely won’t be returning.

My friend and both got some bling before our trip to Vegas on April 25. I’m changing my review from 5 stars to 2 because my gel nail polish just started to peel off after only 7 days. Not why all but my pinky fingernails were all off by May 5. They did look really good while it lasted.

My husband got me and our two daughters gift cards for Christmas. They put the wrong expiration date on my daughters, so she took mine with her to show them the date and explain what happened. They said that was fine. Did her nails but she didn’t realize they didn’t give her back my gift certificate. Went in today she explained that she didn’t get it back. She was told there is nothing they could do. SO I called and went thru what happened and he also told me nothing he could do since I couldn’t prove how much it was for. So after a few minutes of arguing with him he said fine come back in and get it. We got it but guess he said he could only give us $35 not the $50 it was suppose to be. So LuLu nails you lost our business and our good references. You don’t rip of good return customers. We will go else where.
