I went and got a refill with shellac and a pedicure as well. Well within the same day my nail color started to ship off! It was so bad. I went back and they fixed it. They had to fix some of my other nails too for chipping and the top coat melted?!? Anyways, about 3 days later it started doing the same thing on my other hand/nails. Didn’t even last 3 days with the shellac after that. This has never happened to me and it was the first time I have even been to that place.

I went into this nail salon and got my dip nails removed and gel toes done. I told the people I wanted gel nail on both my hands and feet. When the old man took off the dip off of my hands he want so deep with that drill and left a line in my natural nail bed I screamed because he hurt so bad!! Not to mention it will take months to heal!!! He let my nails soak for a few minutes and picked up that drill again, I told him absolutely Not!! Do not use that drill on my nails again! If you can’t remove them properly then I would be happy going somewhere else! He let them soak off completely, but when he was finished my nails looked horrible, uneven, black gel all over my fingers, gel was lumpy and uneven!! He didn’t shape my nails totally unacceptable! Never again will I go back to this place! Now I have to go home and fix what he couldn’t and wait for my nail bed to heal!! If I could give no star I would!!

I brought my mom here for a pedicure in June and after receiving a very aggressive pedicure she is now needing toe surgery. During her pedicure she repeatedly asked the tech to stop digging into her toe nail with the sharp point of file because it hurted – the tech did not listen and her toe has not healed since then. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would.

I was going to get my nails done here but the smell overwhelmed me. I barely made it inside and decided to turn around after a few minutes. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. It just wasn’t for me.

Was really excited to try this place today. I got there early, was the second customer in. A young lady began my pedi while John began to work on my powder full set. The service was going well until John began to look for something, interrupting my service. John got up, went outside, walked around the salon looking for an item he misplaced multiple times during my service. At one point, he was looking in the chair I sat in (while I was sitting there) and he knocked over the yellow power and liquid all over the place. My Valentino slides were on the floor and I did not even know he knocked this all over my shoes until the young lady finished my pedi and went to put them on my feet. Both of them attempted to clean them but by then acrylic was all over the place and hardened in some spots. To add insult to injury, whatever John used to get it off rubbed off the dye on my slides and he never apologized until I voiced my concerns as I was paying. I’m upset with myself for still paying for this service. I will not be back. Hope this helps someone else thinking about using this place. Unfortunately I’m out, $105 for ok nails and my Valentino slides are now trashed.
