Fantastic experience. My friend and I wanted to get massages while we were visiting, so we did a “couples” massage here (the studio is one room). We both loved our massages (with Nikki and Nicole). The crowning jewel of the experience was the lovely setup outside to relax and come back to reality – right on the beach, with peppermint tea and shortbread. 10/10

My husband and I were BLOWN AWAY by the amazing couples massage we received at LutZen. We were in the area for our honeymoon and were recommended to the spa by the resort we stayed at. From our first phone call to our massage and afterwards, we were beyond impressed. The massage was INCREDIBLE- like eyes rolling into the back of our heads hoping it will never end amazing! My husband has never gotten a massage before and I think he’s hooked for life! Everything was so relaxing and amazing- after our massage, they had set up a really nice space out on the deck for us to sip champagne, enjoy some tea, and truly take in the beauty of Lake Superior. We will 100% be back and so wish that we lived closer to come more often. 12/10 would recommend to anyone!

The studio is a small operation, which explains why it was somewhat difficult to schedule by phone (as couple’s massages must be) but it was well worth the effort!

Not only the most relaxing 60 minutes ever, but surprisingly ended with tea, cookies, and even champagne to celebrate our anniversary. I just had the best massage with Thea! I entered with a “painful tweak” in my lower left back. Thea promptly found it and worked on it along with the rest of my achey self. I left relaxed and pain free, and my feet, well they were the happiest they have been in a long time. This is the second time I have been to see Thea at LutZen massage, Grand Marais and it will not be the last. What she does with her massage and intuitive touch is by far the best I have had.
