I’m a male with long hair, who hadn’t had a haircut in many years. I was super anxious about it. Originally I was going to go to a barber but also knew of Lush Salon. I looked at their website and knew that’s where I’d go if I decided to get my hair cut. Mindy, the owner of the salon, was fully booked days in advance but got me in. I had texted her pictures of different styles but still wasn’t certain I’d get my hair cut. I was worried I would waste Mindy’s valuable time, but she made me feel super at ease. She said if I chose not to get it cut that would be ok. After talking for a bit, I decided to get about 5 inches cut instead of cutting it all off. Mindy made me feel completely at ease. She cut it with a razor so it wouldn’t look blunt. In the end, I’m extremely happy I chose to go to Lush Salon. I recommend Mindy…she is down to earth and knows her business! Thanks Mindy!

Where do I begin! Customer service is horrible. Took forever to get in. Paid over $100 to dye my hair and was gonna be charged an additional $75 to get in to the final color we had talked about. I would send pics of hairstyles and color I wanted and when I could get in. It took her a week to get back to me. We set up an additional appointment, again she never got back to me. She then texted me that she could no longer provide me with services. Extremely disappointed in this salon. I would not recommend to anyone
