Not only that, but damage from bleaching was a huge concern for me, and Bettie gave me amazing tips to prevent that and keep the look lasting as long as possible. I had not had my hair professionally done in years and I was incredibly anxious about going in with severely damaged hair. I’m talking breaking off, fried hair. It was in such a sad state, my confidence was shot. After the full treatment with Bettie and her expertise she was like my fairy godmother and I walked out with a totally new head of hair. She is absolutely amazing. She listened to my concerns, she gave me so much helpful advice and she transformed my hair. I still can’t believe this is my hair! Bettie made the experience so comfortable, I truly enjoyed it and won’t hesitate going back in soon. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Lush with Bettie! I had not had my hair professionally done in years and I was incredibly anxious about going in with severely damaged hair. I’m talking breaking off, fried hair. It was in such a sad state, my confidence was shot. After the full treatment with Bettie and her expertise she was like my fairy godmother and I walked out with a totally new head of hair. I would recommend her to anyone. She not only did my hair beautifully, but she also defended me and made sure I was doing well on my wedding day. I was alone as I was getting ready and I was also pretty sad seeing how my day wasn’t starting off good. I had my mom insulting me throughout the entire experience of getting married. After I had my hair done, my mother and my aunt ended up insulting the hairstyle and were pushing Bettie to redo my hair after she was packing up to leave. She defended me and tried to make sure I get my way and not there way. Right when she was leaving, she was comforting me and did her best to make me feel happy for my day, especially knowing how much my mom has been unsupportive of me getting married and more. Bettie redid my hair and it was very beautiful. While she was doing my hair, she would have me check the progress every step of the way to make sure I’m getting what i want. She would ask if i wanted any changes done and how i felt about the progress. I wish I could have tipped Bettie big, but I don’t have any money of my own sadly and nor do my parents like too tip. I’m sorry that we didn’t, I will recommend you to everyone that I know. She’s really easy to talk with, I felt comfortable with her and everyone loved the end result at my wedding. She did more than style my hair, she also acted as a friend. She helped me gain confidence after she left and because of her, I didn’t let anyone ruin the rest of my day. I highly highly highly recommend her. Late October I had my hair done for the first time professionally. The hairstylist, Bettie, is such a wonderful person. I would recommend her to anyone. She not only did my hair beautifully, but she also defended me and made sure I was doing well on my wedding day.
