Love the salon and all of the services they provide! The salon is so cute and always clean. The receptionist is great. She always returns my messages and schedules me at the best available time that works for me. I’ve been following Gabby for years now because she definitely knows my hair and I can honestly trust her to do or recommend what’s best for my hair. She also stays up with the latest products and hair care. I always leave the salon feeling amazing. I definitely recommend Lush Salon!

Critical: ProfessionalismCute business but bad customer service. I had my lash lift done here with their esthetician. It went fine, the lift was good. I wanted them re-done. You can only book through Instagram direct message directly with the esthetician – not a problem. I contacted her and had to follow up – with no response. I contacted management through Instagram direct message to see if they had a different esthetician to book with and notified them that the one I last saw was unresponsive – no response from management. Maybe they have such great business they can choose who to provide their services to?
