Terrible. Dezirae did my hair and it looks worse than when I came in. She doesn’t give refunds and told me she can’t get me in for a couple weeks to do anything about it. She said she just didn’t have the time. She wasn’t really interested in hearing that I wasn’t happy and in fact told me she could recommend someone else to do my hair. Bad business, bad customer service and makes the whole salon look bad. Also, they do acrylic nails and there’s no ventilation. It’s a toxic haze when you walk in. If you try and call the shop…good luck. No one EVER answers, you always have to leave a message. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone.
