I had never heard of this place before I started getting texts from Renee and Jenni. I was first contacted in July this year. They wanted to schedule me for a free appointment. Jenni couldn’t verify where they got my info. I stated I had never provided my contact info to them and they are soliciting without my consent. I thought that was the last of it. Two months later Jenni is still texting me, apparently oblivious to the fact that I don’t want to be contacted. Needless to say if this is the level of customer service, even if I was thinking about this type of service, this experience would make me look elsewhere.

Overall a clean facility however my masseuse was on a personal phone call and didn’t even end the conversation even when she saw me come in. Definitely not a good first impression. She did a good job with the massage though.

Super cute decor, professional staff, and amazing services. You are seen upon arrival. Atmosphere is clean and relaxing. I love Renee, the owner, she greets everyone with a beautiful smile.

The place looks amazing. The massage was horrible. The lady (Rose) left the room twice to see about iTunes music. The young lady, Britany did my facial and she was AWESOME. If it wasn’t for Britany’s service (facial) my experience would have been terrible.

The 90 min. massage was prepaid for and I got 1 hour of a massage. I did say something right away and was comped $25. I was not very happy with that solution and would have rather had the full 90 min. The massage I did get was firm, like I like. Most of the rest are minor complaints, but when I’m paying $2 an min plus tip, I hope to expect a little better than I received.

Best place ever for post op massages, Renee us patient and doesn’t handle the customers as such but as family. Very accommodating with scheduling and last minute changes. Rose and the other staff are also great. Cleanest place I have ever been and experts in all they do.

This was a first time spa experience and a beautiful birthday gift from my husband, and let me tell u this Spa was amazing ❤️!! The facial treatment alone was so worth it. And followed by a full body massage both for an hour each, I would definitely b going again and letting everyone know about this place. The staff was super friendly and they walk you through everything so your not confused or uncomfortable about the whole massage thing (for people like myself who are just not very secure of themselves). Thank you Lush staff for an experience I will never forget !!

All my guests adored the staff and felt so relaxed during their service(s). Very COVID friendly as well, I even got to decorate some of the space & Renee provided her own decorations as apart of the group package. It was such a luxurious experience and all the staff made this whole experience and my birthday so very special.
