I’m giving 3 stars because the staff is friendly. However, the first few times I’ve been here the quality was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. My most recent experience was not good. First I went in for a fill and art, asked for matte coat and got gloss and then the matte was just put on top of the gloss causing it to come off the next day. The nails were thick and misshaped, so I went back and got it corrected. They had to completely remove it and fix it and then I got a different color and design when I just wanted the same as the day before but, it wasn’t worth it at that point to bring up. So here I am 12 days later and my paint is bubbled and chipping off. I’ve had my nails done with shellac for a good 4 or more years and I have never had it do this. I’m really unhappy with the overall outcome and whereas I appreciate the fix, it isn’t what I wanted and I really didn’t think that after spending $50 on these I would be going to another salon in 12 days to pay to get these fixed by someone else! I get a full every 3-4 weeks and it hasn’t even been 2 and I have to start over. I sincerely hope this is a learning experience for them and that they fix this for the next person. I’ll also add that I do not work a blue collar job nor was I doing anything to warrant this outcome. I work on a computer all day and have never had this happen until now.

New favorite place! The prices are good. First place I’ve ever had a full on conversation, my first time visit was amazing. There was a young guy there who did my first set. I can’t tell you how many compliments I got every day.

Left a review yesterday about my nail looking like this. They responded wanting to make it right so i called them. I told them i live out of town and have two small children and I cant get a babysitter to go drive an hour to have my nails fixed. Asked for a partial refund and they denied this request. So now im stuck with my nails looking like this. I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon. Ive had so many people say something about my nails looking awful and it’s embarrassing. I spent 224$ there and wish i went somewhere else.

The absolute best nail salon. My mom, sister, and I have been going here since they first opened, and they have always done a fantastic job. I live in Maryland and visit my family here every summer and have yet to find a salon in Maryland because I just can’t find anywhere as good as they are. We typically request Kevin, Nicole, and Lisa, who are the original 3, and today, Rachel did my pedicure. They are all excellent!
