This place was my go to nail salon, but the last two visits have been terrible. After today I will never be back- I asked for oval shape, instead I got squared and when I asked for them to be corrected; I received bleeding fingers, uneven nails, and different shapes. (See photo) I also had a pedicure and asked for the same color on both my hands/toes #164, and clearly they are different. (#164 is the color on my toes). (See photo)

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was the worst experience I have ever had with a manicure. If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a dip manicure done and the technician that did it left my fingers bleeding and my nails gritty. The top coat polish was not smooth at all and dried with uneven stains. My nails feel rigid and completely ruined. I have had dip manicures many times before and this is by far the worst job I have ever seen done. I read many positive reviews about the salon which is why I chose to try it, but unfortunately I am now out $40 and need to have them redone somewhere else. I will never return to Lush Nail Spa and I will never recommend the salon to anyone I know. I would be embarrassed if I was the technician that left a job like this as a finished project. The photos are of the chips in the solidified dip polish, the bleeding under and around my fingers, and the uneven and dull top coat. The photos make her work look good. I am very unhappy with the service I received here. The guy did a very sloppy job, I had a 12pm appointment and they didn’t begin service until 12:30pm. He rushed through the service and I was left with a very sloppy manicure. I spoke with the manager and asked if he wouldn’t mind working with me on the price. By the time the guy finished I had to leave. I didn’t have time for him to re-do the job. The manager only gave me $5 off for this sloppy service. I’m very unhappy. I want a full refund for the service I received here. This was terrible customer service and a great example of not valuing the customer. I still left a 20% tip on the original cost of service for the guy, but strongly feel the manager should have refunded me for this manicure. His solution was to inconvenience me even further by asking me to come back. My schedule is busy and I needed them to get it right the first time. I don’t want to come back, I want a refund. Bad experience.

I had a 2:00 appointment for a manicure and pedicure. Got my pedicure done quickly (done by 3:00) and it was 4:00 before anyone approached me to do my manicure. I watched more than seven people walk in and get helped before anyone talked to me. I decided to pay and leave instead of getting my manicure. He then told me that the reason I was skipped so much is that the person assigned to me to do my nails didn’t know how to do what I wanted. I just wanted acrylic nails with sparkly gel polish on top. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and never run into a licensed tech not know how to go that. The manager laughed at me and walked away when I expressed my concerns. I used to love this place but I won’t be back!

This used to be my favorite nail shop. I recent got the worse set I’ve ever had from them or anyone. I was promised a call from the shop manager and never received it. My acrylic was lumpy and my nails were crooked after the girl attempted to fix the 2 times in one day and after that I gave up. I have never been back and don’t plan on it. My daughter and I are currently searching for a new shop for our mommy and me nail dates.

Lush ALWAYS nails it. I have been going every 2 weeks for a year now for a pedi and fill/or dip. I religiously see Andy for my nails except for a couple random visits. I am super picky my nails and the employees that have filled in for him also did excellent. I love this spa and highly recommend it anytime someone asks where I go.
