Let’s just say if it isn’t emergency I wouldn’t go there. I always disappointed with their service. They never honored my appointment so I stopped making one. I just walked in instead. I went there today for gel manicure. I guessed a lady who did my manicure so rushed to get me out. She filed my nails so hard and nipped my skin out when she finished cleaning my nails she didn’t even asked me to wash my hand which it odds because you usually have to wash your hand first before coloring then after she finished coloring she didn’t even use warm towels nor lotion on my hand. My nails looked terrible it was all bubbly i think it because my nails weren’t dry enough before she puts second coat in. It wasn’t worth my money in my opinion.

This was my first time coming here and they really did such a lazy and terrible job I’m so mad at wasted my money. I made my appointment for 4:00 p.m. got there 10 minutes early in the middle of it the guy doing my nails stop to go take care of another customer left me waiting for 15 minutes. Then he got up and left again and said he had another appointment so he was shoving me off to someone else. That person just completely destroyed any hope I had of being happy with this. The design is crooked sloppy nothing like what I asked for and one hand is completely different from the other. I spent 2 hours in the salon. $100 down the drain. I’m so angry.

I stopped in last week for a pedicure without an appointment. I was taken fairly quickly and had a nail tech who gave a great massage after cutting and shaping my nails. He lost it when it came to painting my nails though. Several nails were only half painted. There was nail polish all over my skin! What a downer. I feel that the last time I came here I had a much better experience- no overlooked nails, peeling skin, polish all over. Not sure if I will return.

Horrible service !! Booked an appoint twice first time 10 am get there 9:55 am she tells me she can’t do it u til 1 come back at 1 .. she says 15 minutes!! I cancel all the way until my next off day !! Schedule to be the first one she says 10 am .. the workers don’t get there until 10:35 then I get my pedi and they tell me it’s gonna be 30 minutes!! Like f no .. I’m so mad but don’t go there it’s to crowded they don’t care they will have you waiting and the work was sloppy on my toes !

First rine I loved it they seamed to go above and beyond the second time the man did a horrible job!! My first nail broke within the first week!!
