From the time we walked in , Andy the owner was very kind and assisted us immediately with getting signed in (being this was my first time at the shop) . Britney did my pedicure and she was so cool and took her time! I love for my shape to be perfect and she did an awesome job! Now JAY !!!!! He did my nails and he did not disappoint. I showed him the example picture and he exceeded my expectations!! He was also really cool and funny! T did my sister’s pedi and eyebrows , she also had a great spirit and was funny! She knew all the songs and was singing giving us great entertainment! Overall this was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a salon! I’m from Maryland but whenever I’m planning to visit I will not be getting my nails done until I get here just so I can have this experience again!

Excellent experience and service. Jay did a beautiful job on my nails, he’s very precise with shape & design and service went by pretty fast too. The environment is nice and clean. UPDATE: Decided to give this place another try. Much better experience this time. Gel polish change, white polish, lasted 2 weeks this time. No cracks or peeling.

Tee and Jay were amazing! I stopped in without an appointment and could tell they were busy but I still didn’t have to wait more than ten minutes! I showed Jay a photo of what I would like and he pointed out a few things I hadn’t considered that were unbelievably helpful. Tee showed me to color I had originally planned on for my toes and I wasn’t super excited, she said don’t worry! She ran to the polish wall, picked a new one, and it was exactly what I had envisioned. The whole experience from start to finish was perfect. Thank you Tee and Jay!!!

Absolutely AMAZING! I don’t get my nails done often but they made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. They did an absolutely phenomenal job on my nails. Im not even kidding when I say there are NO flaws whatsoever. I am thoroughly impressed not only with the quality of the job that they did but also their customer service! Critical: Quality, ValueI wasn’t going to leave a bad review after leaving the salon with lumpy nails, but now before I have even been able to go out 2 of my nails broke off. The lady who did my nails was having a hard time with the gel polish leaving me extremely lumpy nails. I told her that I don’t think these dried properly and after re-doing them twice they STILL came out lumpy and she noticed. I decided to leave it because I have other plans and would just plan to never come back to this salon. Now as I’m picking up clothes 2 of my nails snapped off and I didn’t even notice till looking down. I’ve had these nails done for less than 5 hours. At this point I need a full refund or another person needs to fix this $100 set. I will not be coming back. I kept having to ask them to remove lumps, bubbles from the sloppy rushed work and to paint my full nail and they didn’t do what I nicely asked. Some parts of my nail weren’t even painted all the way and it doesn’t even look like I just got a fresh manicure and pedicure because they didn’t paint all the way to my cuticle like I asked. It already looks like my nails are growing out and I just left the salon! This place is ridiculously expensive and the price ($114 total for gel manicure and pedicure) doesn’t match the service. I wouldn’t recommend because you’ll be disappointed and money wasted.
