I received the worst customer service with the young lady that was leading the store today. I don’t appreciate the disrespect or the fact I paid over $100 dollars and my nail broke as soon as I left. I called before coming back and sent pictures. You told me to come then told me I had to wait once I arrived knowing it was over 10 people waiting. You knew I had to go to work. You and your team lack professionalism and I will be reporting you and the business you work for to the BBB asap. You guys take customers money but don’t want to fix your mistakes. I am not a combative person but the way you just handled me was unprofessional and I will make sure you reap the consequences for how you showed out. No response needed as you can see from your past neg reviews we are aware of how this business handle reviews. We will report this up the chain.

I got a short almond shape full acrylic set with gel polish and paid 70$ for my nails to look like this. The front desk people where nice and the nail tech lady was nice however she never fixed any of the lumps or the unevenness of the nails. I asked her and she took a file to it for a few minutes but nothing was majorly fixed. I didn’t realize how uneven and lumpy they where until I got home. There are parts on my nail where the acrylic isn’t on all the way. Nail tech genuinely watched a show on her phone the whole time and my dumb self thought “oh she must be good if she can multitask” so I trusted it! My bad 🙁 however they are all nice but the actual nails not so cute.

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, only one/two person spoke English. It was a beautiful lady next to me getting her feet done and this nail tech cut to deep and she didn’t say sorry/I apologize / even ask if she was ok. She grabbed her foot and kept going! This nail tech was supposed to do my nails and she couldn’t understand what I want, and she was extremely rude when I was tryna find her a pic of what I wanted. To the point she got up and said go get pedicure.. Smdh I WILL NEVER RETURN.

Will be a loyal customer at Lush Nail bar This salon is beautiful, luxurious look, comfortable seating feels like a relaxing atmosphere. Attentive staff served me from drinking water to free fruit. The model I received looks good, I am very satisfied, the price is reasonable. Highly recommend here.

The nail salon was nice. The shop was clean, thought it was weird they didn’t ask me to wash my hands when I walked in, but that’s neither here no there. The nails came out cute! Got them done on Saturday! By Saturday night my rhinestones had started to fall off by Monday one nail was completely missing them. I hadn’t done anything crazy so I don’t get it. A little annoyed with this!

This was honestly probably the worst service I’ve ever gotten. The lady had a bad attitude and no customer service. Then I asked her if she painted a clear coat on and she lied to me saying she did when it was obvious she didn’t. There were marks in my toes because they only did one layer to do a fast job. I had to add my own clear coat at home and they still looked bad. And this is what they call “acrylic toes”.
