Went in for a “pedicure” but only had my toenails trimmed, a few callouses scrubbed and she put some lotion on my legs with a massage technique that felt like a toddler was doing it. Take a look at my after pictures barely a difference from what I came in for. It took 15 minutes and they charged me the full price of a pedicure. Before I paid up front I gave the lady a $10 tip even though it was mediocre at best I’m just that way. At the front the girl said it was $33.00 I asked how much a pedicure with polish was and she said $33.00. So they screwed me and I’ll never be back and I’ll tell everyone I know not to go there. O stars if I could.

Critical: QualityThe man who did my nails was EXTREMELY rude! I asked for a simple French tips with hearts at the bottom. First he went straight to gluing the tip onto my nails when every other nail tech prepped the nail first. The painted tips were all uneven and I had to argue with the man that they were uneven. He went in to “fix” it but just made it worse. The hearts all look like Mickey Mouse figures instead of hearts. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 16 and this was by far the worst and most expensive ser. Not worth the $65. Give the other nail techs a try but not the man! The man who did my nails was EXTREMELY rude! I asked for a simple French tips with hearts at the bottom. First he went straight to gluing the tip onto my nails when every other nail tech prepped the nail first. The painted tips were all uneven and I had to argue with the man that they were uneven. Honestly one of the only redeeming qualities about this nail salon is they play good music… I have tried this place 2 times and I shouldn’t have even gone a second time. The first time they told me it was my fault that I picked a dip powder that is lightly colored and that’s why it was thick. It looked TERRIBLE. I tried again a second time yesterday getting dip powder on my nails and just a gel polish change on my toes. The nails were fine, the toes were fine too. I was in a rush so I paid and left. They had told me $33 for my toes and $43 for my nails. I called back because why in the world was it $33 to have gel polish on my toes, barely filed down and no pedicure. They said that it’s standard for that and a pedicure with gel polish is $50+. To pay that much money for just polish on my toes is absolutely insane. The staff has seemed annoyed and bothered both times I’ve gone in there.

This time, it is extra special because I came along with my mom who never took services like manicure and pedicure in her lifetime. She absolutely loved her services and I’m very happy as well. The best part is the technician (Trinh) were extra cautions and really took care of my mom. Even Though I change my mind in the last minute from almond shape to coffin but the technician still did an amazing job on my nails. This time, it is extra special because I came along with my mom who never took services like manicure and pedicure in her lifetime. She absolutely loved her services and I’m very happy as well. From the moment I walked in they were extremely professional. Safety ia a big issue right now and they surpassed my expectations. This salon has been open only a few short weeks and I have already visited 3 times! Got a full set and went back 3 days later for a pedicure and 2 weeks later for my fill. I have loved each experience and my nails have never looked so perfect (shape is perfect) I will never go anywhere else anymore and love my free wine.

worst nail salon ever, they must have gotten a whole new staff. i had to have my nails reshaped by three separate people before one of the managers took over and had to completely refile them. my toes look like a 9 year old did them, i could have done a better job. AND they STILL wanted to charge me $100!!! the manager gave me $10 lousy dollars off after complaining about my experience, are you kidding me?! NEVER go here. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
