DISAPPOINTMENT: I’ve been coming here for months and today is my last day. Why? Customers are now being charged an extra $5 for medium length nails fill in and gel polish. So I informed the technician that extra $5 was her tip. It’s so sad that the people in this community have been supporting this company for years even during the pandemic and yet they are still coming with the shenanigans. Prime example of how Lush Nail Bar doesn’t value our loyalty.

I asked for clear SNS powder, super SIMPLE!!! which means “CLEAR” you should see straight through to my nail bed. The powder they used left a bubbly, white crystal, foggy coat on my nails. My experience was ok. Its a bit pricey. I went in and had about a 3 minute wait. The nail tech made sure I was always comfortable. She did ok with my nails…. one of them wasn’t as straight as the others but overall it was ok. My pedicure was a little painful. It could have been better. I may return.

I’ve been coming here for a few years, and have sampled a couple of the nail salons at the creek. This is definitely my favorite and I stopped trying others. They are clean, the salon is beautiful and they upkeep the furniture and atmosphere. Just today, it looks like all of the pedicure chairs have been upgraded. These are things that show me they’re investing in their business and customers. I usually only get pedicures and like that they have several options. It can get pricey but I love the result. Tammy is my favorite nail tech but others have given me good pedicures, too. I went in today and Tammy completely transformed my feet! I like the system they use with phone numbers to personalize the experience and that at the end you are able to see an itemized list of your charges which is a game changer for me. I can ask about certain charges and ensure I’m being charged accurately. My favorite is the sea salt pedicure and I always add on the paraffin wax. It feels like a true spa experience whereas so many places are quick to give you an express pedicure and call it day.

There is no way in hell I got my nails done Friday and today they are looking like this. Especially because this is suppose to be gel but it’s given very much regular polish vibes. This is not right I spent $77 for hands and feet gel polish I called the business today to explain to them how could this happen. They wanted to charge me again to finish a problem they created. This will be my last time coming here. I came for a full set of white marble nails that I even showed the nail tech. When I came to this nail bar and was very unsatisfied. People after me kept going before me and I was patient but when I finally go up, my nail tech was rude and rough when dealing with my nails. I didn’t even get what I asked for. The lady at #1 has a smart mouth, she may be the owner. She told me “I don’t listen” because I asked her what time they open when I walked in and no one except her and one other lady was there. The lady at #12 has a bad attitude. The regular color I got in my toes did not match the color on my nails, so I wanted a different color and she got impatient. She looked at her watch so I guess they are on a time limit. Trish, the lash lady is super nice though! I usually go to Cleopatra across the street (they are very nice and they don’t talk about you in another language. They lady at lush who did my pedicure started talking trash in another language when trying to get me to pay for higher services such as a sea salt pedicure versus the basic pedicure. They need better management who trains them on customer service.
