DO NOT GO HERE. This nail salon is horrible. Although it looks nice and is convenient for those of us who live in the area (it’s literally within steps of my front door) the staff is extremely rude, disrespectful, and dismissive (especially to Black customers) I received poor treatment, a half as* pedicure and was dismissed or laughed at when I asked questions to both the person doing my nails and feet. NOT TO MENTION I am writing this review (photo attached) 3 hours after I got a manicure and my nail is already chipping. I PAID OVER $100 FOR A MANI/PEDI. This is the second time the chipping has happened but the first time I thought it was because I came home to use new skin care products and used my hands. I was wrong, they do not care and seemingly use bootleg products because I also use the same gel at other salons. L DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED NO MATTER WHAT YOU GET.

Lush nail bar does not disappoint me no matter whatever location I go to. I specifically liked this location. They did an amazing job with my nails, quality nail technician, gentle handling, spends good time to do finishing, and are customer friendly. I got SNS nails and pedicure done and both the technicians did a wonderful job! I recommend this place highly.

BEWARE and absolutely do NOT buy gift cards from here! I have three gift cards, two that were purchase two days ago from a friend and one from my husband. I brought my daughters with me and we all had our nails done. Lush told me all gift cards had zero balances!!! I 100% know they had a total of $70. Manicure

This place used to be solid, but they have gone severely down hill. The last couple of times I went I was less than impressed, but I figured I would give them one more try. This time was awful. Such a waste of money and like another reviewer said, horrid. My nails hold gel well, but this time they are lifting after 3 days because the polish was on my cuticles and skin. I don’t have time to go back within their allotted window for touch ups since they will basically have to redo all of my nails. Definitely won’t spend my money here anymore. Disappointed for sure.

*I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS!!!! *I visited today for the very first time. I was extremely excited because I’m new to the neighborhood and the aesthetics drew me in. I arrived and was properly attended to immediately. Everyone was nice, even offered me something to drink. Nathan did my pedicure and did an AMAZING job. They sent Tammy to do my nails which I could tell she didn’t want to by her facial expressions, and body language. I told her want I wanted, even showed her the picture to reference from. She wanted to me do something else. (I just wanted a clear gel overlay) Once started on my nails, she was forceful the entire time. She then dipped my fingers in translucent powder one time. Before she started to file I showed her where I could see not all of my nail bed took to the powder. Tammy said it was because I was too dark. I immediately stopped and compared our nail bed color which was exactly the same, and then proceed to ask what does the color of my skin have to do with anything. She instantly got upset and didn’t want to do my nails anymore.Tammy was nasty the entire time and we decided it was best if she stopped doing my nails. She told me she didn’t even want to do my nails which I already knew. V ended up taking over and did a phenomenal job! I wish that was enough to come back but it isn’t. Getting your nails done is a luxury, not a necessity so I expect great service, especially as a customer service worker. I asked to speak to the manager but they said she wasn’t in. Then 20 mins later, Tammy rushed to the door to wait hand and foot on white woman and was pleasant with her the entire time. Hmm.

I really love this place for a quality pedi that lasts. The techs give a better, lengthier foot massage than almost anywhere I’ve been in Atlanta of similar pricing/quality. I’m a bit surprised at some of these reviews because I’m pretty hard to please and yet always have a good experience here.
