I was really excited for a new nail place close by but was very disappointed after my first visit. Don’t waste your time. I called and made an appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait, but then ended up having to wait 30+ minutes once I got there. It was not worth the wait. SUPER sloppy polish. I could have done better and that’s saying a lot. I even asked them to fix my nails and they made them worse. I will not be returning.

I think his name is Tan, but he did my pedicure and it came out amazing! Very gentle when massaging my feet and legs, polished my toes neatly, was very nice and courteous throughout the service, and he even rolled my leggings back down once the pedicure was over! I will definitely be going back to him.

I’ve been here 3 times and each time is horrible. My first time, I got a pedicure and the lady rushed through it as fast as possible. I was probably done in under 10 minutes & basically no massage either. The second time, I mentioned how badly I wanted a massage and paid for one of the more expensive pedis. She did a great leg massage but no foot massage. I asked her if she was going to, so the rubbed the top of my feet. It was so weird. I’ve honestly never had a bad pedi before coming here. Third time, I came in to get my nails done with my daughter. They said a 30 minute wait, an hour later we, along with several others, were still waiting. I ended up just asking if they could do a polish change for her. No dice. I won’t be back. What a shame.. it’s 5 minutes from my house

I took my daughter last Sunday to get sns nails well she got acrylic nails. We were told they would have to add acrylic but never said her nails would be completely acrylic. They also never pushed her cubicles back before applying the nails so she has nail glue stuck to her skin.we tried to removed them with 100% acetone which worked last time when we got SNS nails done at the Newnan location which we had better customer service. I refuse to come back to this location. If I have to I will take her to the Newnan location to have them removed! This location stinks .

I have been to them every 2-3 weeks for some time never had a problem. I went last week got onbre, my nails didn’t even last a week, start falling off and coming loose! I was treated as if I was a bother . She was on the phone most of the time leaving me sitting there. Hurt my hand twisting it she was mad I was using the glitter. This was my first visit. The lady seemed in a rush. She cut one of my toes, scrubbed very harshly and was about finished painting before my aunt was even started on. We go together to visit. My husband came in and paid while we were there and no one told us so we ended up paying too. When I found out they did return our money. They just seemed very unprofessional.
