This place is hands-down amazing. The beauty of the inside and the welcoming that you feel walking in is just awesome. Once again I had the pleasure to have Jay Fill in my New York Gel Manicure. He is so sweet and kind and I’ve never had a nail technician that I have just truly wanted to go back to each time over and over again. Again my nails are so simple but it’s what I love and they come out looking so beautiful. Thank you again Lush Nail Bar for the awesome experience. I’ve been to Lush before and never had any problems besides my pinky being cut open with the electric file(the guy was the sweetest & I loved my set so I brushed it off ). Today my nail tech seemed very new so I just asked for a PLAIN color other than getting my usual (designs). For starters everything he put on my nails made them burn, he cut me a few times prior to that with his E file and constantly burned my nails because it was so high, once I pulled away a few times he then turned it down. My nails looked like rocks after he applied the acrylic so he had to file a lot causing more friction (which he didn’t get all his mistakes, I have acrylic stuck on my skin & chunks behind the nails that are getting stuck on EVERYTHING I touch ) fast forward to the end, my shape is nothing anyone would ask for, it’s as if I was his practice mannequin. The lady beside me couldn’t even look away she was so in distraught even at the checkout she was shocked at my price of $60 for a one color basic acrylic set that looked like something from 2016..hideous. When I went next door to the Publix to get acetone to remove them I was told by a worker they resemble elephant toes because of how bulky they are. I’m embarrassed and can’t even remove them with the acetone because my skin burns so much from the cuts trying to.
