I got the Holo 5 dip powder. It’s a pink holographic glitter and I’m obsessed with them! I love the shape as well. I didn’t get the girls name who did my nails and I should have. She was so sweet. The environment is a little lacking that’s why I’m only giving it 4 stars. I didn’t like that I had wash my hands with dawn soap because it’s SO drying and it just wasn’t pleasant. So obviously some upgrades are needed, but for what it is, it’s great.

I chose to come here because the work I saw on Google reviews looks great. The work is great but unfortunately my experience today was not. I walked in with my daughter, scheduled an appointment for 6pm. They began on my pedicure right away and prepared my daughters as well. 15 minutes in they still had not began on my daughters pedicure so I kindly informed the lady working on mine that we both still need manicures done as well and I will not be leaving my daughter behind while she gets her pedicure done. She finishes my pedicure and tells me to follow her and I tell her no, I will be waiting on my daughter to have her service finished like I informed her from the beginning.

I am 8 months pregnant and i have been aching extremely bad, i also needed my toes done, i made an appointment last minute and i will never go to another salon again! The massage chairs are better than any other salon in Fayetteville, the water gets super hot, and i was the last customer in the store, and she still took her time to massage my feet really well, and kept asking me if i was good. I loved my time here!

The place is clean and nice. Tina did a great job. Only down side was when I saw her actually set a timer when she started doing my nails. Makes it feel a bit like McDonald’s. After my 2nd appointment I won’t be back. They were rude from start to finish. The technician was rough and I felt like a ragdoll being yanked about. This is not what I look for in a salon.

I came in the first time and they were amazing, did what I wanted, but then I came in today because my acrylics broke and scheduled an appointment, when I came in I waited 30 minutes past my appt, which was fine but when I sat in the chair because I still had some of my acrylic on and wanted a new fresh set, one of the ladies started to cut them and then She started ripping them off, with her scraper, no soaking or anything, just scraping them and ripping them off, the pain I was in was not okay, when she ripped the acrylic off she took some of my actual nail with it, I was in pain and yanked my hand out of her grasp, she asked if it hurt I said of Course why can’t we just soak them she replied it takes to long and this is the fastest way, to my horror I was upset and angry already but I asked for soaking so she gets up and gets the receptionist asking me what’s wrong with my nail and that they don’t soak nails, so I got up and said I’m good I’ll pay for what you have taken off but I will not be needing services,
