Lush Cosmetics makes fresh, handmade, cruelty-free, and vegetarian products for bath, body, hair, and more. We’re proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. From the iconic bath bomb to body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more—Lush is your one stop shop for ethical, fun, and fabulous products. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

A couple weeks ago I came in and I had the absolute BEST experience. I’ve been to many Lush locations, and this is by far my favorite. I met with Cami and James and was given an interactive experience testing out new Valentine’s Day products. I felt not only pampered, but accepted for who I am. I will definitely be coming back.

James is the definition of enthusiastic and in the right kind of way. Had answers for everything, took on any concern, was full of advice, I mean he is clearly an expert in this field. I was shocked by the kindness of all the attentiveness when he threw in free samples of products I was interested in but didn’t purchase. It was refreshing to have a level of customer service that I could feel more than satisfied with. The kind of experience that makes me leave a review, and I never leave reviews but this was well-deserved. Please check this shop out if you haven’t already. 85% of their products are vegan!

I’ve been to many Lush stores, from Burnaby to Budapest, but this is the first time I have ever been greeted by a retail employee rattling off a list of rules to follow immediately after I walked in. I was fully masked with an N95, but was still told by the very buoyant young man on how to properly wear a mask, even though mine was fully covering my mouth and nose. Then I was told to sanitize my hands with their gel, even though I had just sanitized with my pocket sanitizer before entering the shop. Finally, was told that I would have to dispose of my overpriced $5 iced tea. Uhh.. no (first world problems). I left the shop immediately and he lost a $75 sale.

This place is THE BEST. I had a 20 minute consult with James (who REALLY knows his stuff) that turned into an amazing and much longer conversation about Lush. His recommendations were 100% spot-on, I picked up the Juicy shampoo, lemony cuticle butter, and good times roll scrub, and all of them smell uuuuunbelievable. By far the best Lush location I’ve used.
