Lush Cosmetics makes fresh, handmade, cruelty-free, and vegetarian products for bath, body, hair, and more. We’re proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. From the iconic bath bomb to body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more—Lush is your one stop shop for ethical, fun, and fabulous products. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

It’s understandable when people comment on the customer service can be a little over bearing but in my case it was necessary. I went on a Wednesday so I was the only one in atm and the cashier stopped immediately and came around to ask if I needed help and I did. First time visit I picked out 3 different products with amazing help the whole way. Didn’t feel pressured into anything and was happy with the in depth questions to find out what would suit me the best. Very pleased with my visit and look forward to going back and finding some more new things.

The service here was top notch! My best friend and I were in on a Wednesday and we were the only ones in there for awhile. The gals were SO helpful. Answered all of our questions and recommend several things we may like. Then, just randomly I mentioned that we were going to this Hawaiian restaurant for lunch and one of the girls RAVED about it and we totally had this excited moment over this Hawaiian restaurant I wished she could have gone with us out to lunch. Haha. Will definitely return to this location specifically as I usually go to the WA Square store.

I can’t rave enough about Lush in general and Imogene specifically! I came into the Clackamas location a few moths ago looking to treat myself to some new skincare for my birthday. Imogene changed my skin (and life!) with her suggestions and was so wonderful to shop with. I’ve been in twice since then and each time I see Imogene she is so warm and friendly! I‘ll make sure to keep coming back to this location based on her customer service!

This really is the place to go when you want to treat yo’self! I can’t stop telling people about my experience! I was in for the first time and was helped by 2 awesome ladies who were friendly and helpful. They educated me about their products, did a couple of demos with me, and made sure I left with some amazing product samples! Never pressured to buy anything, but I wanted to buy a little of everything! I love what Lush stands for and how natural their products are! Great customer service and great products. I’ll be back soon!

So I have a love hate relationship with lush. I love their products and sents! However they don’t last very long. Like a bar a soap should last more than a week especially if you are using a washcloth or a loofah like come on I pay 7 bucks for it to die out and crumple in a few days. I love their lotions to but don’t leave them out or they decide to ooze everywhere I tend to put all lush stuff in the fridge if it a cream or something like that. Like I said its a love hate thing. If the soaps lasted long I’d be happy to drip the cash on them but I can by a 7-9 dollar bar of soap every 3 days.
