We’re proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. From the iconic bath bomb to body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more—Lush is your one stop shop for ethical, fun, and fabulous products. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

This is my favorite Lush location in Minnesota. They are always super friendly and knowledgeable! The store itself is pretty small but they are always fully stocked with fresh face masks which is a hot commodity during the winter. Since COVID-19 the store has changed a bit and they now offer in store pickup. I ordered a rose face mask and two bath bombs. My order was ready within two hours and they even threw in a couple of samples!

I used to love shopping here because the people are so friendly and the products were so fun. But when I went back recently, all of the great bar soaps had been replaced by what seem like cheap imitations. I tried a few, but they melted quickly in the shower, smelled artificial, and just didn’t bring me joy to use. They say they made changes to reduce palm oil usage, which is a good goal, but Sexy Peel never included palm oil.

hello!! i had an experience at this particular lush about two weeks ago (friday the 8th, at about 6:15ish), and for some reason it has continued to fill me with joy since then so i wanted to come drop a review mostly in hopes that the absolutely lovely store staff will see this. i hadn’t been to lush since middle school, and i came after a spectacularly difficult week to get a bath bomb. I was pretty promptly assisted by a staff member (and i’m so sorry i forgot your name!), who helped me explore the store and gave personalized recommendations, and honestly just made my day (and now clearly the next two weeks). I have thus far tried the matcha bubble bar and the jasmine bath bomb, and have had a ball. thank you so much to those two staff I interacted with, thank you for the compliments, and for making a horrific week so so much better! (and for providing me with ongoing dopamine in the form of nice smelling bath products lmao) if you see this, have a spectacular day and week!

I did an online order and curbside pickup. Apparently the store had a power outage the day I placed my order and they called me and let me know that they would be closing early which was much appreciated. When I picked up my order they brought it out to my car and everything was correct. I love lush products and their customer service at this location is great.

Love the staff at this location. I recently hosted a birthday party with a friend and took advantage of their private parties. 100% recommend if you’re looking for a unique party and great service you book a party at this location. The staff is attentive and took the time to really get to know our needs and make recommendations based on that. The products are amazing. I’ve been able to reduce my plastic use with the avocado co-wash shampoo. Lush in general supports great causes, but this is my favorite location in the Twin Cities.

This is the only Lush I come to because in my opinion, it’s the nicest one. The staff are always friendly and helpful! The products are great (although I wouldn’t recommend the henna hair dye based on personal experience) and none of them are tested on animals! When you walk in, you’ll be greeted by a wonderful fresh smell and friendly faces. The best time to come is when it’s not crowded otherwise it’s pretty hard to move around and smell everything!
