Lush Cosmetics makes fresh, handmade, cruelty-free, and vegetarian products for bath, body, hair, and more. We’re proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. From the iconic bath bomb to body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more—Lush is your one stop shop for ethical, fun, and fabulous products. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

I came in today for a quick look around and had a great experience. I was considering a new face mask but I’m hesitant because of sensitive skin and Basil was super sweet by showing me different types and sending me home with a few samples. Great service and products, as always!

We went to the Lush store in Ridgedale, we bought a lot of bath bombs one of them was the one that is pink and has a top and little confettis inside. It was put in a bag and then given to us. We walked out of the store and as we were walking someone accidentally bumped into my daughter and she fell backward and dropped the bath bomb, she was so careful with it and it fell from maybe a 1 foot distance. It completely broke. The staff said that that’s why they don’t give bath bombs to kids to hold and they would not replace it as it was her fault for dropping it. Any store that sells fragile things should package them accordingly and when something like this happens should replace it not blame their incompetence in packaging on a child. Never shopping here again.

This store is THE BEST STORE AT RIDGEDALE MALL HANDS DOWN!!! Their products look and smell amazing! They are 100% CRUELTY FREE and DO NOT TEST ON ANIMALS many of their products are vegan and vegetarian. Our sales associate Jo was an angel!!! Very helpful in explaining all the different products. Let me start by saying, I pretty much never write reviews. My experience today at this Lush store was incredible enough to warrant one!! I came in searching for “the PERFECT perfume,” and the incredibly sweet, friendly, and knowledgable Josh helped me achieve this goal 100%— ALL based on the scent of my favorite bubble bar!!! It was like magic!! Without josh’s help I would have had great difficulty navigating the perfume section, especially with all the new amazing choices (mine is one of them!!).

My favorite lush store in the area! Went today for Boxing Day sale. I’m a regular at this location and have been for years. As a VIP we were let into the store two minutes early to shop around. I love this extra touch because it makes us lushies feel appreciated. Many customers in line though we’re not happy with us. Some customers started yelling at us and the employees when we were let in. The customers yelling made me very uncomfortable but the staff handled it amazing. They made me feel like they had my back.
