Lush Cosmetics makes fresh, handmade, cruelty-free, and vegetarian products for bath, body, hair, and more. We’re proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. From the iconic bath bomb to body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more—Lush is your one stop shop for ethical, fun, and fabulous products. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

Janee was literally such a good sales rep and store manager. She was so sweet and gave such a fulfilling and enlightening conversation. She even gave my friend and I complimentary samples of the product we were inquiring about. It literally felt like we’ve been friends forever! Make sure to ask for her next time you go to Lush. She has extensive knowledge on the products and patiently explained the benefits of all of them. Loved shopping there just because of her!

I’ve been to a lot of LUSH stores in both UK & US and they’re all reasonably personable but I wanna give some extra love to this store specifically. I’m always greeted when I enter the store and offered assistance, all the staff are very outgoing & kind. Last time I went in Janee was EXTRA kind on my visit, I was lucky enough to receive a bubble bar as a “pay it forward”. I had never had this happen and just made the experience even more delightful.

I’ve been waiting to make this review for a bit, but this time I feel it needs to be done. I’ve been coming here ever since the Lincoln rode location closed, I spend hundreds of dollars here a month on my monthly products and not once have I been offered a sample and majority of the time staff seems uninterested besides one sweet guy who I’ve been helped by twice recently, who I will be getting the name of next visit because he’s an angel. I happened to order online and see a next day delivery option, which offered delivery from this locations store. The big shampoo is borderline half full, I understand if you’re out of stock with a product but I’d rather be refunded and not receive it than pay for it and get a product that seems used or was not checked before placing into an online order. Not to mention you can see the line where it was originally full.

Best customer service! Every time I go in everyone is always so friendly and knowledgeable. They take Covid regulations very seriously, which made me feel even better about shopping during this pandemic, especially since I work within the mall too. Today I went in, and as usual I had a wonderful experience. The employees don’t know, but I was picking up some items for my girlfriend who is currently in the hospital, and the lovely lady who checked me out added a couple of samples for me as well. I know it’ll make my girlfriend’s day! Thank you to this Lush team for always having wonderful customer service, and for making my day a little easier ❤️
