Lush Cosmetics makes fresh, handmade, cruelty-free, and vegetarian products for bath, body, hair, and more. We’re proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. From the iconic bath bomb to body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more—Lush is your one stop shop for ethical, fun, and fabulous products. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

I came to this Lush location in order to grab the One Piece collab. Right when I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely associates and was guided to the One Piece bath bombs. Unfortunately, this location only had the Gum-Gum and Flower-Flower Fruit bath bombs (I believe the others were sold out)!

I really appreciate upon entering you are asked to sanitize your hands. The store was a little busy but reps were still friendly and very helpful, making good suggestions for us. My daughter has eczema so generic products are hazardous. We purchased a shampoo bar and a couple of bath bombs. So excited to come back and try other products!

I love this location. You can demo anything in store and they are always friendly and helpful. They will up sell you products that are complimentary. Lush is expensive, but I know it is because of the ethics of the company. It is a place to splurge because I know my money isn’t going to unethical practices. Much respect!

Great people. Great vegan products too. They mostly close at 7pm now due to Covid so I suggest you call ahead to make sure they’re still open if you want to shop after 5pm. They do the best they can for you to still shop safely.

Lush is great for people who are looking for natural products for their body. I’ve used a few products, but the one product I like is their Dream Cream. It’s apparently their most popular product and it’s also great for people with skin issues like myself. It’s great for moisturizing on dry winter days and smells nice. When I was working with the sales associates, they were very enthusiastic and helpful. When I decided to just purchase the cream, they offered to cut a soap sample for me to try at home. They also encouraged me to come back to tell them about my experience with the products. Customer service was wonderful!
