I’ve only been once but the experience I had there wasn’t good. I got my lashes done on Friday and by Monday probably 50% of my lashes on one eye had fallen off and definitely don’t look like I just got them done. I showed the lady who did them a picture of what I wanted and she just glanced at it then proceeded to not give me what I wanted. For $150 it definitely wasn’t worth it and I’ll be canceling my fill. Otherwise though the place was clean, most of the staff was nice, but I can’t speak on their other services.

Etienne was kind and professional. This was my first time getting lashes and she was incredibly patient and talented, I didn’t feel a thing. She also made some adjustments I requested after she had finished, never making me feel rushed. She even gave me her number in case I needed to call her over the weekend. Top notch customer service in a beautiful, calming space. Highly recommend.

I actually followed Emily here from another salon and my mother has been seeing Carrie Ann for years. Every client is treated specially with complimentary beverages and hanging up your coat for you in the back. The atmosphere is very like its namesake, but most importantly, their work is top notch. It’s not cheap, but you get what you pay for!
