Tried to show her a pic of what I wanted before she cut my hair and she didn’t even look at it 10 seconds. I was going from long to short so I expected her to give me at least a minute to get ready but NO! She just started hacking at my hair! She did an inverted Bob! Which was NOT what I wanted!! It was so short in the back that it drove me crazy for 4 months or more!
