Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI was greeted soon I walked in. They were very nice and polite. The shop was clean from the time I came and left. Very professional! No loud talking, no kids running around, and they had entertainment that customers could understand. Showed them a picture of the hairstyle and the lady delivered exactly how I wanted it. The braids are neat and the same size throughout my whole head, parts not big in the back, and my edges are not tight. I can actually sleep peacefully with a fresh style. I was greeted soon I walked in. They were very nice and polite. The shop was clean from the time I came and left. Very professional! No loud talking, no kids running around, and they had entertainment that customers could understand. Showed them a picture of the hairstyle and the lady delivered exactly how I wanted it. The shop is clean and they are doing a good job of being COVID clean by sanitizing after each client. I’d recommend this place to anyone wanting braids and look forward to going back. Their only downfall that I experienced is they are not time conscious. They weren’t there on time for my appointment and started an hour late. Hattie did a great job on my micro braids and was done quick! It’s not too tight, full and neat. The shop is clean and they are doing a good job of being COVID clean by sanitizing after each client. I’d recommend this place to anyone wanting braids and look forward to going back. Their only downfall that I experienced is they are not time conscious. So my fiance goes in today to get a hairstyle for our Anniversary. She showed the hairstylists what she wanted to be done and they lady said she could do it. It was around 2:30pm. I would honestly give more than 5 stars if i could because i had an amazing experience here. All of the ladies were very friendly, professional and very good at what they do. It was my first time going to a shop to get my hair braided and I will definitely be coming back. They were quick while also doing a great job. I called the night before and got an appointment for the next morning. Thank you guys again 🙂 10/10

Critical: QualityI have been going to this shop for over 2 years my latest experience was the worst. I now have short hair wish I was charged extra for.I did not have a problem with it but I went to get my hair braided on Wednesday, come Thursday morning I have braids coming out of my hair. I called the owner and texted her.she did not respond back until Sunday to tell me to come in on Wednesday the following Wednesda.I came in on Wednesday and they tried to say my braids were coming out because I wash my hair. I did not wash my hair but either way I should be able to wash, pull, or do whatever I want to to my braids without braids sliding out of my hair. then it is upsetting that the owner told me to be careful with my braids when leaving.
