Everyone was so incredibly nice. I was greeted when I walked it and taken to my chair pretty much immediately. The same woman did my hands and feet and she was super nice and could carry on a conversation. I even got served some champagne while getting my services done. Everything was going well and I was enjoying myself. I wanted a regular polish pedicure and a gel manicure. My girl thought I was doing gel for both and I let her know it was just my hands and she didn’t charge me for the toes (which I was appreciative of!) and then she did my hands. I loved them when I left but 10 minutes later I noticed the coloring on my nails wasn’t consistent but it might just be the type of nail polish I chose. About an hour later, the same day, my nail chipped. I’ve had to refile my nails because the paint chipped and kept catching on things. This was the first time since precovid I’ve gotten my nails done and they’ve been chipped since the day I got them. Today, the gel peeled off the side of my thumb. The service was great and everyone was very nice but I’m really disappointed that I paid $80 for my mani/pedi and it didn’t even last 7 days :/
