Lu’s Barber Shop Haircut & Shave Pearland

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityVery professional. This was my first visit and appointment. I was first impressed with the atmosphere. Very old school look with barber’s chairs and the decor. At the same time, it has a modern, comfortable feel. Next time, I’ll know that there is cold draft beer in the back and take advantage of this before hand. I did not learn about this until after my appointment was done.I was very impressed with the professionalism and time spent that Rafael gave me, making sure my cut was done right. I did not feel rushed, as I do at other places I’ve been to. I really appreciated the neck shave instead of an electric razor. Very professional. This was my first visit and appointment. I was first impressed with the atmosphere. Very old school look with barber’s chairs and the decor. At the same time, it has a modern, comfortable feel. Next time, I’ll know that there is cold draft beer in the back and take advantage of this before hand. I used to go to John in league city but now I found my new barber. Very clean shop, friendly and military discounts are a plus. It second time at this shop and I was going to get my beard done but Chris convinced me to look nice for the holidays so I switched it over to a cut and couldn’t be happier! 5 stars in my bookChris did a great job! Chris did a great job! Very happy they put a Lu’s on this side of town. I used to go to John in league city but now I found my new barber. Very clean shop, friendly and military discounts are a plus. It second time at this shop and I was going to get my beard done but Chris convinced me to look nice for the holidays so I switched it over to a cut and couldn’t be happier! 5 stars in my book

Nice clean place, but best of all great service. Charlotte cut all 3 of our hairs. She did a great job and was very friendly. Definitely going back to Lu’s from now on and getting our haircuts from Charlotte!

Its just nice to be able to tell a professional barber how you would like the cut and it actually turn out how you want. Crazy to think how some places like supercuts/sportsclips can charge almost the same price with bad quality, unlike LU’S BARBERSHOP who actually take their time and use precision skills. Just had my first haircut since March. New location in Pearland, Casper greeted me at the door. Its just nice to be able to tell a professional barber how you would like the cut and it actually turn out how you want. Critical: ProfessionalismMe and my brother called to see if they took walkins and asked how long it would be. The guy told us 30 min to get us in. We drove up there, waited over an hour while they took appointment after appointment and never addressed us. They finally called my brother in after an hour and 15 minutes. We he was done, and was paying at the front…we noticed my name was crossed out on their list (as if I was already called). After bringing this to the girls attention, she never addressed why it was crossed off, never apologized, and even said that I would need to make an appointment for another day.To take appointments over walkins…sure I get that. But at least relay accurate info and timing. I waited for almost 2 hours and left without anything being done. Rocky 3 started while I was waiting and finished before I left. SmhAnd as for my brothers haircut…it was good. Not really worth the $50…but decent.
